Actually Reiki is an ancient healing technique from Tibet and was found again in around 1900 by a Japanese monk whose name is Mikao Usui. Reiki means Universal Vital Energy, So In general, Reiki is a technique of how to channel universal vital energy for your own self or others. Reiki is not about magic, the way it heals is similar with accupuncture that stimulates the Chi ( Vital energy in human's body) to flow properly until the natural ability of the body to heal itself will be able to function again, so the health of physical body will recover. What you need to learn Reiki :

An authorized Reiki Master

It is so simple to become a Reiki Practitioner, after you receive an attunement from authorized Reiki Master, you will directly have ability to channel Reiki energi for you or for others. Attunement is a special process that can only given by an authorized Reiki Master, it will be bad if you receive attunement from an unauthorized Reiki master because your energy channel could be worse.

You and everyone all over the world can receive this free attunement even without any registration, what you need to do is : Be right on time & intent to receive it at the same time that given. Basic Exercise

After receiving the attunement process, you will be able to channel Reiki energy directly for your own self or others, but you still need to do the exercises more to get the best result, here are the basic step for your exercises:

Activating Crown Chakra & Palms Chakra

You 'll be able to receive more Reiki energy if your crown chakra (Reiki energy gateway) becomes more active by doing this exercise before you channel Reiki energy. It is so easy and simple, after you pray for blessing from The Divine Source just intent to activate your crown chakra and use your hands to stimulate your crown chakra by moving your hands just like opening Lotus petals to blossom wider. The crown chakra is about 8 until 10 cm from the center of your head.

Use the same way to activate your palms chakra to help Reiki energy flows better through your palms

Channeling Reiki Energy

Firstly, Pray for blessing from the Divine Source, then activate your crown chakra & palms chakra just like what i said above.

Relax your self, close your eyes to help you become more relaxed..... open your palms widely without any tension, intent to channel Reiki energy, ...... yes.... that's easy :) All you need to do while you channeling Reiki energy is only letting your self to be in deep relaxation, smiling freely & sweetly & surrendering your heart & whole self to The divine Source with all of your feeling :)

Do this basic exercises oftenly until you can feel Reiki energy flow stronger through your palms, usually you will feel something like warm energy sensation surrounding your hands but it is not always like this, depend on your own condition & your sensitivity.

After you have ability to channel Reiki energy directly, now you can use it to heal your own self from any physical or non physical problems, it is so simple & easy, just follow this instruction below:

Local Self Healing :

Firstly, pray to The Divine Source, for blessing, guidence & protection.
Activate your crown chakra & palms chakra as you have learned in basic exercise
Relax..... & smile..... :)!
Open yor palms, then intent to channel Reiki energy, feel the Reiki energy that flows through your palms and enjoy it :)!
Lay your hands upon the part of your body that needs to be healed.
Keep relax.... smile sweetly,... enjoy the calmness within your heart & surrender your heart & your whole self to The True Source !
Let your hands stay there until you feel the Reiki energy stop to flow and it will be automatically stop if that part of your body doesn't need more Reiki energy because your body still need times to absorb the Reiki energy properly.
After finishing all this process, pray to The Divine Source, thanking for all the blessing that given.
Wash your hands with clean water & soap or any other sterilizer.
You can repeat all this process as necessary until you get the best result for your health improvement.

Complete Self Healing :

Do the steps number 1 until 3
Open your aura (shield of energy around your body) with intention and with the help of moving your hands just like opening a shield from the top to the bottom and split it to the left & right. Do the same action for both side of your aura, front side & back side
Open yor palms, then intent to channel Reiki energy, feel the Reiki energy that flows from your palms and enjoy it :)!
Lay your hands upon your forhead for around 3-4 minutes, then continue it down for all the part of your body, both front side & back side. Give 3-4 minutes for each part and give more than 15 minutes for the part that has problem or desease.
Use only one hand firstly each time you move your hands to the next part of your body and then follow it with your other hand slowly.
Do the steps number 6 until 10

Local patient Healing Exercise :

Firstly, both of you and the patient should pray together to The Divine Source asking for blessing & the best result for the healing.
Activate your own Crown Chakra, as you have learned in the basics exercise.
Activate the patient Crown Chakra with the same way.
Relax...., smile sweetly..., Open your palms then Intent to channel Reiki energy and feel the Reiki energy that flows from your palms.
Lay your hands (palms) to the part of patient's body that need to be healed
Let your hands stay there until you feel the Reiki energy stop to flow and it will be automatically stop if that part of patient's body doesn't need more Reiki energy because patient's body still needs times to absorb the Reiki energy properly.
After finishing all this process, pray to The Divine Source, thanking for all the blessing that given.
Wash your hands with clean water & soap or any other sterilizer.
You can repeat all this process as necessary until you get the best result for your health improvement.

Complete Patient Healing Exercise :

Do steps number 1 until 3 as mentioned above !
Open the patient aura with the same way you open your own aura. Open the front side first & follow it with the backside too. You don't need to open your own aura.
Relax...., smile sweetly..., open your palms, Intent to channel Reiki energy and feel the Reiki energy that flows from your palms.
Lay your hands upon patient's forhead for around 3-4 minutes, then continue it down for all the part of patient's body, both front side & back side. Give 3-4 minutes for each part and give more than 15 minutes for the part that has problem or desease.
Use only one hand firstly each time you move your hands to the next part of patient's body and then follow it with your other hand slowly.
Continue to do the steps number 7 until 9 as mentioned above!
